These terms cover the Kagami app, the website at kagami.video and your account. By using them you agree to these terms.
Your license
Kagami is licensed, not sold. Your license is tied to your Kagami account. Zenn works on up to 2 computers, one active at a time. You can swap a computer from your dashboard once every 30 days. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or share your license.
Free plan
The Free plan includes every feature on up to two computers, one at a time. A small Kagami mark shows on the live window and in OBS, recordings are limited to 2 minutes and instant replay saves the last minute. Recording files never carry a watermark.
Zenn
Zenn is a subscription billed every 12 months. It renews automatically at the price shown for your country until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; Zenn stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Founders 100
Founders 100 is a one-time payment for 18 months of Zenn, available once, to the first 100 buyers worldwide, one per account. Founder numbers are assigned in the order payments complete. If all 100 places are taken before your payment completes, you get a full automatic refund. Founders 100 is non-refundable; you confirm this at checkout. Your name stays on the Wall of Founders for life. We remove names, links or bios that are abusive, unsafe or impersonate someone; your place stays.
Payments and prices
Prices are shown in your country's currency before you pay. Prices in Indian rupees include all applicable taxes. In India payments are handled by our Indian payment partner; elsewhere by our merchant of record, who may add local tax. Paying with a card from another country charges that country's price.
Delivery
Kagami is software delivered online. Your plan is activated on your account right after payment; nothing is shipped. See the delivery policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel Zenn's renewal any time from your dashboard. Refunds are covered by the refund and cancellation policy.
Referrals and partners
Referral months are added after a friend's purchase can no longer be refunded. Creator partners are covered by the partner terms.
Acceptable use
Only mirror or record content you have the right to. Don't use Kagami to break the law or the rules of the games and services you use. Keep the community friendly.
Trademarks
Kagami is not affiliated with Apple. iPhone, iPad, Mac and AirPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc. Game names and icons belong to their owners.
Liability
Kagami is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
