Zenn: 7-day refund

If Kagami doesn't work for you, ask for a full refund within 7 days of a new Zenn purchase: from your dashboard (Orders → Need help?) or by email to [email protected]. We reply within 2 working days.

Cancelling a renewal

Cancel Zenn any time from your dashboard. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then does not renew. Renewal payments can be refunded within 7 days if you forgot to cancel.

Founders 100

Founders 100 is non-refundable, as agreed at checkout. If all 100 places are taken before your payment completes, you are refunded in full automatically.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Duplicate or failed payments are refunded automatically.

What happens after a refund

The plan ends on all computers. Referral months and partner commissions from that order are reversed.
